Chapter 2 · Personalization
Personalize and preview
The “Personalization” tab sets the invitation’s visual identity: the email, the invitation page and the Wallet passes. You can come back to it at any time, preferably before sending.
Step by step
- Add the images (optional)
The main logo, a background image and the sponsors’ logos, as JPEG, PNG or WebP. The free plan allows 1 sponsor logo, paid plans up to 10; storage space also depends on the plan.
- Choose the colour
The event colour fills the background of the invitation page and the Wallet passes, as well as the email’s bar and button. Text switches to white or black to stay readable. Over a background image, adjust the colour overlay: a warning flags text that would not be readable everywhere.
- Reuse an existing identity (optional)
The visual identity gallery imports the identity of another of your events.
- Preview, then save
Open the invitation preview and the email preview, at phone and desktop width. Save: the step “Personalize and preview” is done. If you change nothing, the invitation keeps InviteKey’s default look.
Good to know
After sending, a new identity does not change emails already received; the invitation page and the Wallet passes already installed show it. See what changes after sending.
