InviteKey guide
Prepare and welcome your event
This guide follows the organiser’s work. Its first five chapters are the five steps of “Prepare my event”, at the top of each event’s overview; the sixth one covers the day of the event.
- Chapter 1Check the event detailsDates, venue, languages, contact and data retention.
- Chapter 2Personalize and previewLogo, image, colour and invitation previews.
- Chapter 3Add or import guestsCategories, adding one by one, importing a file.
- Chapter 4Send the invitationsTest invitation, sending, tracking, changes after sending.
- Chapter 5Prepare the scannersCheckpoints, team access, phones, erasing.
- Chapter 6 · On the dayCheck guests inScan results, manual search, without network, attendance.
When is the event ready?
“Event ready” appears when every guest has an invitation sent or scheduled, the verification team’s access is open and at least one phone is activated. The other steps guide you without blocking anything. Preparation reopens if something changes, for example new guests without an invitation.
The test invitation and the test scan are optional: they do not change the preparation status.
Where to start? You have just created an event: chapter 1. Your guest list is ready: chapter 3. A question during check-in: chapter 6.
